Over 13 years in professional rugby, representing Sale Sharks, Worcester Warriors, Newcastle, Edinburgh Rugby and Glasgow Warriors across the Gallagher Premiership and the United Rugby Championship.
Holder of the Advanced Coaching Award with over five years of coaching experience, including work with young players at Altrincham Kersal and Consett Rugby Club.
