Meet Your Lead Coach

Led by professional rugby player and advanced coach, Cameron Neild.

With over 13 years in professional rugby, Cameron Neild brings elite-level experience, leadership and passion to NG Sports Camps. Throughout his career, he has represented top clubs including Sale Sharks, Worcester Warriors, Newcastle, Edinburgh Rugby and Glasgow Warriors, competing across the Gallagher Premiership and the United Rugby Championship.

Beyond his playing career, Cameron is also a highly respected coach, holding his Advanced Coaching Award and bringing over five years of coaching experience. He has worked with young players at Altrincham Kersal and Consett Rugby Club, helping children develop not only their sporting ability, but also their confidence, discipline, teamwork and love for the game.

Cameron brings a rare combination of professional playing experience and hands-on youth coaching, making every session energetic, inspiring and development-focused. His mission is to create an environment where children can grow, enjoy sport and build skills that stay with them for life.
